Yes.  Despite all of the online criticism of so-called 'magnetically charged' water, there are several scientifically documented reports in the literature showing that there is indeed a biologic effect of consuming water that has been passed through a strong magnetic field.  In our new product, The Magnetic Germinator, we use permanent NdFeB magnets that are orders of magnitude greater than the ones that were used in the documented studies shown below:
