Hyperspace is a "real subset of the space-time continuum" in multiple dimensionalities.  I am not going to give you a Wiki definition of Hyperspace, but rather a much more down to earth explanation of how it works and how you can use it in your daily life to solve complex problems!

Consider yourself in a space above your own body that is inwardly 'looking down'

at yourself from above.  Now consider that you are looking at your "Real" self from another set of complex dimensions.  It is not an easy task but can be learned or even taught.  Here is the basic principle behind hyperspace: 

1.) You (a being of intelligent life) are elevating your consciousness to the highest possible level of awareness.

2.) From this hyperspacial vantage point you are able to see the past, present and future all at the SAME point in SPACE-TIME!!

3.) All three vantage points converge at a single holographic viewpoint in time and space.

4.) None of Einstein's laws of Relativity are broken in this view.

5.) The most important point in all of this is that the PAST is STILL THERE and the FUTURE is ALREADY THERE for you to see!

6.) The consequences of this hyperspacial arrangement of time and space are far reaching.

7.) There are many things we may logically and ontologically deduce from this viewpoint:

a.) We certainly cannot change the past.

b.) We have absolutely no control of the future since it is "ALREADY THERE".

c.) Since our future is "ALREADY THERE", we cannot change it.

d.) It is NOT possible to take actions in the PRESENT that will change the future because the future is "ALREADY THERE"!!

e.) However, we may travel from either the past into the future or vice versa instantaneously vis a vis FTL travel. 

CONCLUSION:

We are continuously morphing from the past and present into the future but our destiny is fixed in space-time.  We can only see this

through the use of a technique called Holodynamics (Vernon Woolf).
